If You Want To Lose 5kg In a Week Give a Chance To The Magnificent Egg!

– The health benefits of an egg are numerous. Being composed of two vital elements: yolk and the white, it can stimulate a boost of calcium, iron and protein. If you plan a diet based on eggs you will not feel hungry because eggs are delicious, it is flexible because eggs can be easily boiled, you can combine in different recipes, the face will make you glow because of the effect on the skin, and you will lose fat from your body mass. But when we say that you can be creative that does not mean that you should consume anything that will slower the process like pasta, junk/fried/fast food, or chips.

– So, here we go, our egg plan to kill 5kg in a week!

  • Day One

– Start the day with 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of low-fat milk and 2 oranges

During lunch time have a delicious lunch composed of skinless chicken meat and a cup of Greek yogurt

Dinner should be composed of a boiled egg, orange and boiled chicken meat, a portion smaller than the one you had for lunch

  • Day Two

– 2 boiled eggs and juice from 1 lemon will be enough to start the day

Roasted fish and grapefruit will be on the menu for lunch

Again we have a light meal; the dinner is 3 boiled eggs

  • Day Three

– 3 scrambled eggs will be the breakfast for the third day, but as we said, you can be creative so add some parsley, dill, and onion

– Lunch should be composed of 1 serving of cooked chicken and a green salad composed of fresh ingredients of you choice

– The dinner will be light again. 2 hard-boiled egg and 2 oranges

  • Day 4

– Ok half way there, squeeze 1 lemon in warm water and get two hard-boiled eggs

– For lunch, we have boiled beef meat and grapefruit

– For dinner check dinner for day 2

  • Day 5

– It is time for veggie breakfast, so wash the veggies you like the most and have it along with 2 hard-boiled eggs and a tablespoon of sour cream

– Carrots, 2 poached eggs and tomatoes

– Boiled or tinned fish with salad for dinner

  • Day 6

– We will have very light breakfast composed of 1 glass of Greek yogurt and 1 orange or lemon

– 2 boiled eggs and 2 grapefruits will be your lunch

– And a glass of water for dinner.

  • Day 7

– Here we are at the finish line, so this morning prepare 2 boiled eggs, 1 tomato and a slice of dry toast

– 170 gr of beef meat and a grapefruit or orange would be enough for lunch

– And last meal: A glass of water.

  • Tips:

– Be aware that you should follow this diet only for a week. In meantime drink water and follow the plan. Once the diet ends you can continue eating other ingredients, but we would advise you to keep eggs, fruits and vegetables on your daily diet so your body won’t be shocked.
